sch was soooooooooooo extremely boorring!! stoning the whole day, slept through math tutorial. i almost died.
everyone ponned pw today cos we're suppose to do our own work(like who will do lah!). and we slacked at the student's lounge for 2periods. damn shiok esp when i was hogging the whole sofa to myself, sllleeeeepppppingg.
i successfully ponned pe again today, to go for training. i'd rather play volleyball than go for pe and RUN! no offence but how can anyone like running?! =\ anyway, today's training was quite fun. =)) practising our combis and 'kuai gong'. hahaa. feeling rather accomplished cos i think i'm getting the hang of it. me and ying were partners when practising our combis. steady! i think we quite got 'mo qi', got spike some gd balls today. =))
yikes. i really got quite alot of homework unfinished. =\ i just realised i have to do phys tutorials. i think most of the pple in my class finished it already lorh..

hahaa. yesterday was their birthdays. they were seriously dreading the poling. hahaa, which guy doesnt?! i dont think any normal guy in his right mind would wanna get his.. ahem... family jewels hurt. so yeahh.. the class was talking about it the ENTIRE day, wondering what it'll be like. it's a first time experience for me. hmm... poling.
anyway, sch ended at 1520 and everyone was at the student's lounge. the senior class started chanting 'pole! pole! pole! pole!' mmkay! here it goes. both the senior and junior class went over to the flagpole to witness this shocking event. the guys were the only ones who participated. first they carried joey, legs apart, 'Happy Birthday to YOU!' WHAMM!!!

ohh my god! it was seriously traumatising!!! i was screaming my head off, covering my eyes whenever the victim(s) were a few seconds away from the impact!! wahhh... and it attracted like almost the WHOLE school to watch it!! joey and yueling, immediately turining into celebrities. what a painful price to pay for fame ya?! hahaa.

the past 2 trainings havent been exactly smooth-going for me. i totally screw up in my first ball and spike receiving. feeling so confused now!! tskk.. i cant seem to figure out WHY?! really nt focused at all. i'm like hindering the team's progress. everyone is playing well except for me!!!! my bad habit of showing my emotions is coming back again.. ohh no. i was really on the verge of 'beng kui-ing' during training. HELPP!!!!!!! my confidence has dropped greatly again.
am i deproving again?! nooo...

Friday, 21st jan:
yeaps, public holiday!!. we had STJ! -grins- i was supposed to go watch this french movie on euthanasia tt morning, at 9.30am. at plaza singapura. -.- sooo early!! in the end i decided nt to go and sleeeepppp my whole morning away~
i cant believe what a pig i am. i woke up for breakfast, slept at 11am until 2.45pm. i was seriously going to be late meeting the others at 4 at marina bay mrt. thankfully everyone was rather late so yeahh.. =)) well then we went over to the bus-stop to wait for the bus, it was packed! seems like everyone eats steamboat on a public holiday. then, someone pushed me and i rammed my foot right into some concrete thingy under the bus-stop seat. OWWW!! it was still hurting after a looong time when then i realised that my toe was swelling! and it became purplishy-red. yuck!
ohh well. we played frisbee and captain's ball there before dinner. it's my usual steamboat eating place with my pals. (like who doesnt go to zhen fa to eat steamboat?!) the char siew is damn nice as usual! played pool til quite late after eating. overall it was fun!! =)) except the part when i injure my toe. =\

sooo shagged frm yesterday's fun. had to wake up early to go for training. my toe hurts like crazy. it swelled even more and turn really purple!! i was beginning to think whether there's a need to amputate it. =X it'll be TERRIBLE if i wont be able to train!!!

thankfully, i still manage to 'ren tong' (bear with the pain) and train. tskk.. keep spiking outball when i spike position4 especially. somehow i 'shuai shou', but i did it unknowingly lorh. -sad- must change!! stop this bad habit!!

hahaa! cheryl bought a swiss roll to celebrate shimin's b'day. HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY SHIMIN!! after trg we went to eat at curry wok. the auntie there was very nice to us! =D felt so xing fu(blissful) eating there. i felt so pig cos i was the only girl who asked for extra rice. =\ the j1s went to shop for shimin's b'day pressie after lunch(except shimin of cos.) at west mall. surprisingly there were quite alot of stuff there! changed quite abit since the last time i've been there. coach went with us too. hahaa. n he sponsored $10 for her pressie. so nice! i also want lorh! =P

i spent the whole sunday night making shimin's birthday card. hard work man!! sch's boring as usual. toe swelling subsided. =)) hopefully it'll recover by wednesday cos got training!!

woahh.. i really havent been blogging for a looooonng time. been busy with sch(mostly trgs though). but i'm enjoying it. =))
last week we had trgs(as usual) and 2 friendly-s: played against woodlands ring sec. and our seniors that graduated frm Hwa Chong. we won both. i can really feel that we are playing more like a team now. more familiar with the dui xin(formation). and we seem to be communicating better now. =)) yayy!!!
i think for both friendly-s we played quite well. everyone is playing their part as a team lorh... i think i'm being less emotional on court already. i havent been showing too much exasperation whenever i make mistakes, i think. hahaa. correct me if i'm wrong ya?! and communication is really really darn important. it really makes the difference.
according to coach, we played well in today's trg too. =)) keep it up everybody!! ji xu jiayou wor!!
i shall go improve on my service cos it's nt hiong enough. i shall go improve on my bao qiu so that i can spike better. i shall go improve on my first ball and receiving so that we can play and perfect our combis. i shall jump higher so that i can block and spike better. i shall be less emotional on court and nt be affected by my mistakes, cos i'll affect the others in one way or another. i shall improve!!!!

yesterday during trg we had this team talk and we basically thrash out whatever we think would make the team better and problems that we have. yeap~ my problem is really nt easy to overcome but i shall do my best!!

ohh and we agreed that we shld do something to build our team spirit. so we decided every morning we shall meet at the 'vball' table in the canteen before going for assembly. so i tried to reach sch earlier today only to find no one in the canteen. hmm... and so i went back to my class bench. mayb i shld initiate this trend first and nt depend on lingwei or the others to do so. =\
anyway, phys lecture starts at only 12.40 today. so most of my class peeps decided to crash rjc. which i was rather reluctant to do so cos i'm nt close with the bpians that went there. anyway at least most of us still decided to hang out together there.. so it wasnt too bad.
Raffles Junior College:

-many many of the rjc pple busy mugging and doing their tutorials. -freaky-

i went back to bp today to collect my award voucher. $150!! =)) the girls n guys were having trg. it's like sooo long since i've seen them train lah! i was talking to vance and then i realised there were soo many things that happened within just a month and a half. i miss bp!! i miss the leaf-covered court. =\ hahaa. ermm.. nt really actually. but i really miss everyone!!
even though 05s63 is fun, it's a different kind of fun compared to 406/2004.
406/2004, the fun we had was really really really... i cant find the right word to describe it. but all 406ers, u guys shld know ya?! we do crazy stuff that i'm sure most ppl will find appalling. i cant go around flashing my panty to my classmate now, neither can i go around singing out-of-tune at the top of my voice...

even though i'm like damn tired now, i still decided to blog. there's like eons of events i wanna blog about!
5th january:
the first day i got to meet my class.
first impression: nt very fun, rather dead. got a few sporty-looking guys, but also a few 'nua' ones. i was like, kinda sian diao. then i msged ying to tell her tt my class may nt be fun.
ying says: dont worry, u'll have a VERY fun senior class.
during discussion of orientation item and flag-making, the girls voiced their opinions out easily while the guys were like stoning initially. victor was sleeping at a corner somemore!!!

meeting with the seniors is damn fun lah! i was looking forward to it. i'm in ying ph shawn and joey's junior class. =D we did those introducing-ourselves-stuff and then played games. we played games like passing pocky stix and mentos sweets, using our mouth. as if it wasnt bad enough, we had to lie on the floor, side by side, alternating guys and girls. then bend over the one beside u to pass him the sweet. traumatising!!
ohh and later we had a telematch. it was pretty much like station games where u'll get really wet and dirty. our class started to 'warm up'. we played and cheered quite well together as a class, and won 4 out of 5 games. hehee. nt bad nt bad. =))
we stayed back to discuss bout our orientation item and flag design till 9pm(the mean security guard chased us away). ying shawn ph and joey stayed back to help us in one way or another. ohh and i must definitely say this: joey dances DAMN nice!!! <3
6th january:
i reached sch early to do weights with cheryl and yu tian(cheryl was sleeping there though). and i got blisters on my fingers. =((
it's another day of games. first up was the Amazing Race, Hwa Chong version of cos. hahaa. quite fun but the running arnd part was a lil' tiring. then there were song sessions and faculty sessions which we have to learn our fac dance. nt nice lorh. =\ we played station games too. and i did weights after sch with ying and chun. my blisters are bursting!!! i only managed to finish 16 sets. =\
all classes stayed back to prepare for orientation item and flag. i help with the flag painting. tt's why it's nice. =D also learnt and practised the dance. it's a couple dance and there was this part i have to lift one of my legs and my partner have to hold it and i have to lean back. i always end up losing my balance and screaming. =\
so embarrassing!! esp. with the seniors watching. but it was really alot alot of fun!!
7th january:
the last day of our orientation. during morning assembly, some councillor announced,"all j1s, please collected ur econs notes for monday's econs lecture". sehhh.. so fast having lessons already.
we had a briefing of on war games. like how we're supposed to play it. it was between 4 faculties. some councillor caught me for wearing slippers instead of sandals and said that i'm nt allowed to play in slippers. thank god i borrowed frm someone who wasnt playing. if not i'll have to sit at one corner and watch other ppl play. how boring! there were rules like no grabbing and all that. but once i was in the other fac's territory, the girls there grabbed me and tried to burst my water bomb. byatches. i was damn pek chek and kicked a few of them. =X

i think it's still better than the other classes skit, which wasnt as funny during the campfire than the auditions. =\ the campfire was really fun!! especially the ending part when we sang songs and danced the mass dances, which i still know nuts about! hahaa. after which we went to have supper with the senior class at newton. it was like an excursion when we boarded the bus. hahaa. just pretty much talked and crapped alot with everyone.
wow! i'm really glad to be in 05s63. =)) i'm so lucky, to have a fun class and fun seniors!! =))

the first day was damn boring. all the talks, 90% of them were nt important lorh. NUS and NTU ppl came and talked bout what courses they offer. =\ i mean c'mon lah! we still gt quite alot of time before we go university right?! the auditorium was designed in such a way that it's extremely uncomfortable to sleep!
anyway, me chun and cheryl ponn-ed the dance session ytd to go for trg. only to be disappointed by how sucky i played.(as in i'm disappointed with myself)

afternoon's song and cheer session and the ice-breaking games session with our og's were quite fun. i have no idea why and how i click with ppl so easily today, maybe because i'm nt in a foul mood. hahaa. it's the first day i got to know my og pple, and the next day we'll most probably end up in different classes.

just return home nt long ago from my 406 class chalet. i'm soooo shagged! overall i can say that the chalet rocked!!! except the weather was poo. it rained rained rained....
+sigh.
Day 1 (31st dec):
i was late meeting everyone, cos i overslept. =X instead i met chinghong and charmaine(the late-comers). we played monopoly in the room when we reached there, then started our bbq. hehee. thanks to woon wei, our fire started much much much earlier than our neighbours.
coughs-coughs-l--l-oser.
the food was great! i guess it was because of the marinate. =D niceee!!! ohh and nadya's 'fren' (moves head) came. haha. private joke. =D 11.40pm, we headed down for the countdown party at downtown east since our chalet is somewhere there. it was packed! 5,4,3,2,1... HAPPY NEW YEAR!! everyone was screaming and spraying streamers all arnd. nt forgetting to mention shoving. =\
i was screaming 'happy new year', and using my butt to shove some irritating ppl who tried to get too close at the same time. ohh well. we moved into the dance floor and partied!! the DJ was playing techno. nt exactly our favourite but we had a spanking great time!! it was like HOT in there. phew. i was sweating buckets, my top was soaked in sweat, my hair was wet, sweat was dripping from my face, trickling down my legs. WOAAAHH! i didnt know dancing was such a great workout. i was feeling so high!! =D
here comes the spoiler: the party ended at 1++ am. cos apparently bengs and mats were getting into fights and the police decided to end it early. what the... we only partied for an hr?! that's all??!
some idiotic ahbeng purposely pushed me using his hand when we stopped for drinks after the party ended. c'mon lor! so friggin obvious lah. he was walking to and fro around us. and he had the cheek to say "sorry arh" way after he knocked into me. i shld have went over and slapped him then say "sorry arh". and he tried to do the same stunt again lor. tmd.
Day 2:
the weather was still no good. =\ couldnt really do much cos of the weather. we swam in the evening and it was freezing lorh! had to keep swimming in order nt to freeze. hehee. i competed with shaowei, to see who could swim underwater(bottom of swimming pool) the furthest. HAH! i won. by a lot. =D but i think we were tied when we competed in swimming. =\
played mahjong too. which we hao bu rong yi rented it. i shall nt digress too much, for i might just go crazy thinking bout it. charmaine's marcus came over and we played mahjong together. all of us gave the thumbs up and approval stamp for marcus. hahaa. this chalet was some sort like a boyfriend-evaluation thing.
mayb it was the swim that made me soo tired. i couldnt take it and slept at 3. and i didnt wake up until 9+ nxt morning.
Day 3(2nd jan):
this marks the end of our chalet, and more significantly, the end of our secondary sch lives. i wonder if we can still be so close in the near future... i wonder how everyone will be doing for their first 3mths. i'm even starting to miss Lot1. i wouldnt be able to go home with yeuey and nadya taking bus190. no more wondering, " where do youu wanna go?" " i dont know, where do youuu wanna go??" after sch. i wonder if everyone would keep theit promise to come back to wu zhong on chinese new year day celebration, cca orientation day, etc. i hope that even when we're sooooo busy, we could at least hang out. and have a chalet once a year. at the very very least, continue to tag my blog ok??!
